Production Process

 

Our manufacturing process begins with the procurement of raw material vegetation, specifically bark. After carefully selecting the bark, we proceed to operate our crushing workshop to transform it into a finer texture. Once crushed, the powdered raw material is then fed into our production line.
To achieve our desired end product, we employ the use of a lytic enzyme during the full dissolving stage. This enzymatic process helps break down the components of the raw material to create a uniform and homogenous solution. To ensure purity, the dissolved mixture undergoes a rigorous filtration and separation process.
Next, we move on to refining and purifying the solution. This step involves the removal of any impurities or unwanted substances present, resulting in a high-quality product. The workshop is equipped with an ethanol distillation recycling tower due to the massive amount of solvent involved in the soaking process during production.
